Installation services are provided by Hi-Stor or partners deployment teams. Hi-Stor teams are certified storage professionals, who are experts in all project-related technologies and processes, including project management, deployment, testing, certification and training. Partners’ teams are certified by Hi-Stor.

Training Services
Hi-Stor and its partners provide basic and advanced training on Hi-Stor software solutions (StorSentry™ and StorBee™) for both customers and partners.

Support Services
Hi-Stor provides support services for its software solutions StorSentry™ and StorBee™. Hi–Stor develops its partnerships worldwide with VARs, OEMs and Service partners and extends the support services levels to them based on their capability.
Hi-Stor support services are designed to ensure high quality answer to usage and technical issues within the contractual commitments to the customers.
Hi-Stor provides a single entry point for all support related issues. Access is available 24/7 on the web. Hi-Stor support team intervention is available on a traditional multi-tier system (levels 1,2,3). The level 1 support may be performed by Hi-Stor and his partners. The Hi-Stor level 2 and 3 support teams and the R&D are located in the same facilities, which improve further Hi-Stor responsiveness to complex issues.
Hi-Stor also offers a dedicated support with a single entry point to its integration services customers who took advantage of Hi-Stor expertise in delivering global solutions including hardware, and 3rd party software.

Consulting Services
Hi-Stor and partners consulting services are designed to assist IT professionals in better performing, while using the Hi-Stor high impact storage management software solutions. For that purpose, Hi-Stor works with specialized partners on storage management to extend consulting services quality and range toward its customers.
