| Hi-Stor is founded in Toulouse, France by Fernando Moreira CEO and André Pouget-Abadie, VP R&D & Services. |
1997-2002:
| Hi-Stor participates in European innovative R&D projects and works with major storage players to create advanced storage technologies. Hi-Stor launches in parallel an Integration Services activity to deliver high quality storage architecture and solutions to large enterprises. |
2002-2005:
| Hi-Stor while continuing its R&D and Integration Services, focuses its R&D resources to develop its own software solutions. |
2006-2007:
| After rising a first funding of 1.5 M€ in December 2005; Hi-Stor opens its Paris office and starts to develop its software business activities both in Europe and in the USA. The StorSentry™ solution is delivered to the market in 2006. 2007 is the year of take off for the software activity with multiple new large customers signed internationally for the StorSentry™ offering and the StorBee™ solution delivered to the French market at end 2007. A second funding of 2 M€ with same VC is risen end 2007 to accelerate the international marketing and sales development and the new StorBee™ offering development. |
2008:
| In January, Hi-Stor creates its first office in Louisville (Colorado) at the heart of the “storage industry valley” close to the major industry players and puts in place its new Europe and US Business Development teams. |
